RTC Trading Company / Decalnetwork - Return and Replacement Policy

Our standard return policy is 15 days from the day you receive your item.

To return an item and get full refund, the product must be in the same condition as when you received it. Un-opened, un-damaged so that we can restock it and resell it. Customer pays return shipping cost.

Custom and personalized products are not returnable.
