Our standard return policy is 15 days from the day you receive your item.
To return an item and get full refund**, the product must be in the same condition as when you received it. Un-opened, un-damaged so that we can restock it and resell it. Customer pays return shipping cost.
Custom and personalized products are not returnable.
Defective or wrong product received. In this case please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to fix the problem as fast as possible, Making sure your are 100% satisfied with your order.
**We charge a 20% restocking fee. Why this policy is in place?
We will return most products when returned in perfect condition. We do not get back our shipping cost and packing cost. We are also charged credit card processing fees that we do not get back. Our employee's don't work for free. We have to handle returned items in warehousing and also in the office to complete the your return request.
If the factory packaging is opened than the restocking fee is 50% this product is no longer a new item.
Shipping Policy
Shipping for online business has become more complicated and costly. We aim to ship our products the best way to be cost effective for each products weight and size. Shipping is not Free even when it says free shipping.
Every product we ship will have tracking provided after we make shipment we will put the tracking numbers into the order. Please register for our website so you have access to come back and check your order status.
