Cornhole Wrap Installation

Please read this note in full first: We have had a few "Not Many" issues with the wrap not sticking to your new boards. This is not the fault of the wrap. Each time this has happened by experienced board builders, trying to rush the process. Make sure if your staining or painting your boards before wrapping "We recommend you do for a smother surface" It needs time to "Gas Out" Oil based and Water based causes problems if you do not let it dry for 24 hrs.   

For a high quality installation your wood surface should be sealed and as smooth as possible for our wraps to stick well. Make sure the surface is very clean and dirt free before applying the wrap.

Our wraps are printed on 3M Air Release vinyl. This special vinyl material is designed to be installed dry. It will apply without air bubbles when applied with firm pressure using an application squeegee. When you receive our standard 2’x4′ wrap it will be printed with NO hole.

Next step is to lay wrap on your game board and align to all edges. You will want to use blue painters tape to tape the wrap in place and secure it’s position. Notice that we will apply the tape to one end of wrap to board and two pieces of tape in the center as shown in the illustration.
